為退休成就解鎖

    香港並沒有法定退休年齡,打工仔一般的退休年齡為60歲至65歲不等。「退休」雖然看似尚很遙遠,若日後希望樂享豐盛的第二人生,大前提是要有足夠資源,應付日後生活所需。

    為什麼要進行退休規劃?

    無人能夠準確預計自己的壽命,加上港人屬長壽一族,萬一好福氣,長壽過人,便會出現「人還在,錢沒了」的財務困境。既然「退休」是人生必經的「未來」,只要及早妥善規劃,便可建立穩健的財務基礎,無憂地享受「未來」。

    何時開始進行退休規劃?

    「時間就是金錢」是創造財富的基本步,「時間」亦是退休規劃的重要元素。及早實踐「金錢時間值」的理財概念,對年輕人而言,尤其重要,只因「時間」是年輕人擁有世上最強的創富武器;當時間與金錢相遇,就會產生「複息效應」的化學作用。

    不少人會因「沒時間」而遲遲未有為退休規劃起步,最終可用作建立財富的時間便會越來越短,壓力亦因而產生。對於營營役役的港人而言,投保一份終身年金計劃是個理想的選擇,不單可省卻自己親自管理財富所需的時間和精神,亦可享有理想回報;而且年金計劃「越早供,越輕鬆」,藉著時間發揮複息效應的威力,令保單的現金價值不斷增長,輕鬆達成預期的退休財務目標,更重要的是,退休後可享有無限期派發的年金,退休大計自然勝券在握。

    周全規劃,退而無憂

    進行退休規劃時,除要考慮日後的預期生活質素及退休開支外,更需要考慮到退休後的醫療開支。儘管不少人在職時可享有由僱主提供的醫療保障,但由退休的一刻開始,便需要自行承擔。根據社聯有關長者健康的數據顯示,約有七成長者患有至少一種長期病患,最普遍為高血壓、關節痛、眼疾和糖尿病等,因此,沒有周全的退休規劃,退休後的醫療開支便有機會蠶食辛苦累積的財富。大家不妨趁身體健康狀況良好時,投保一份全面的醫療及╱或危疾保障,做好健康風險管理,將傷病所衍生的醫療開支轉嫁給所投保的保障計劃。

    市場上的年金計劃功能漸趨多元化,較全面的計劃除可提供終身年金外,亦備有多種保單貨幣選擇,可於日後按需要靈活轉換,以實踐不同人生階段的目標。有些年金計劃更會提供保單分拆權益,讓你可將保單的部分現金價值自由分拆成數份保單,以饋贈摯愛家人,又或透過更改受保人將保單直接傳承給後代。

    雖說退休計劃是越早開始越好,但是亦「永遠沒有太晚的開始」,剛投身社會的年輕人或正為事業打拼的人,可選擇延期年金計劃,而快將退休的人士,則可選擇即享年金計劃。如能坐言起行,便可以為退休成就解鎖,信心滿滿地迎接未來。
