職場新鮮人從「退休」開始 善用年金累積退休儲備

    又到了新一年的畢業季,畢業生投身成為職場新鮮人,除了辛勤工作,累積經驗,為事業建立紮實的基礎,同時,應從「退休」開始,思考自己日後想過的生活質素,進行規劃和儲蓄,並持之以恆。

    年輕人講求平衡的生活模式,工作之餘,亦愛追求享受。雖然「退休」對年輕人而言看似遥遠,要確保於退休後仍可繼續享受人生,必須趁年輕時及早籌劃。能夠不為討生活而忙碌,只做自己愛做的事情,相信是不少人對退休的憧憬。要實現這個夢想,先決條件是擁有足夠的退休儲備,因此,年輕人要明白「賺多少不重要,存多少才重要」的道理。

    自製「長糧」定期累積資金

    強積金是能為我們建立最基本的保障,倘若要在退休後仍可保持以往的生活水平,有如自製「長糧」的「終身年金」是一個理想的選擇。藉著年金的特性,盡早累積退休儲備,對沖人生的不穏定性,無後顧之憂,才能放膽實現人生夢想,真正享受退休而並非「退憂」。

    也許你會認為,養成儲蓄習慣是個簡單的道理,在銀行開個定期儲蓄戶口也能同樣做到,為何要投保一份年金?事實上,人生有很多需要和欲望,會使你的儲蓄計劃告吹。面對「心頭好」你會選擇消費還是儲蓄?如果你的答案是前者,年金就是你的最佳解決方案。透過長期有紀律的年金供款機制,鎖定資源確保資金定期按目標去累積,有效地理財,對抗惰性,退休目標便會是個看得見的未來。

    選對年金至關鍵

    年金主要分「延期年金」及「即享年金」,前者正好為年輕人作妥善的退休部署,「延期年金」的概念是讓受保人以分期方式繳付保費,然後可於退休時自主決定何時行使年金權益,保險公司會於年金期每月給付年金予受保人,就好比退休後仍繼續「月月有糧出」,直至百年歸老,保障因「活得太久」而養老儲備不足的問題,有效地轉移長壽所引致的財務風險,避免日後要面對「人還在、錢没有」的困境。

    值得注意的是,坊間有些年金計劃,只於指定年期內發放金額,而非終身派發,試想想,在預期壽命不斷延長的趨勢下,要真正退而無憂,唯有保證「終身」派發年金的退休計劃,方可避免因長壽而坐食山崩,觸及退休儲備臨界點。

    善用複息滾存增值

    既然退休是人生遲早必經的階段,自然愈早開展計劃愈有利。「延期年金」的特點,是越早供、越輕鬆,尤其適合擁有大量時間作本錢的年輕人。由於資金累積時間長,透過複息滾存增值,產生雪球效應,日後便可累積一筆可觀的儲備。

    年輕人根據預期結果做開始,透過以終為始的思維模式,確立清晰的理財目標,日後自可樂享退休,而非「退憂」。
